  I've had a great dining experience at another location but truly disappointed to expect the same service from this branch in Woodridge. The employees are not attentive and sharp. 1. I called ahead of time to reserve for my family, mentioned to put the reservation under my name, specified the number of adults and kids and the time we are coming in. The guy on the other line kept saying "yes, ok" and confirmed the time, he ended the call. Since he didn't repeat the information that I told him, I assumed he wrote everything down and all is set. When my family came in for the reservation, they were told there was none under my name. The restaurant was not packed when we arrived, so they were able to save face and set a table for us. I let it pass and didn't complain. 2. The person who lead us to our table didn't even bother to get a high chair for the baby and an extra chair and silverware. 3. Server kept interchanging our orders. I would understand if it's too busy but there were empty tables. I will not recommend this place and will not go back here again.
